LP, Meditatable

A character may expend a Spell from memory to make a From Behind attack with a melee weapon for “Spell Strike .” When a Signature Spell is expended, the attack instead becomes “Number Arcane Strike ,” where “Effect” is the spell’s damage type. This skill may be used any number of times per LP. The maximum spell level usable with this skill depends on its rank:

Spells expended in this way follow their normal meditation rules, except that the weapon is studied (as when meditating a Martial Skill) rather than a spellbook. A single spell may not be expended for more than one skill in the same LP—for example, it cannot serve both Enhanced Strike and United Blow simultaneously.
